Requirements:
- University degree
- 4-6 years’ experience on managerial positions in mining industry with one of major equipment manufacturer.
- Experience as key account manager
- Ability to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leading skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English languages
- Skill in organization, time management, prioritization
- Strong team player who can work across multiple functions and disciplines
- Readiness for business trips in Kazakhstan and abroad (up to 50%)
Responsibilities:
- Develop trust relationships with key customers in order to provide high-quality service and production solutions
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Forecast respective business plans, sales volume, gross profit, sales
- Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy of the products in collaboration with a management team and a global sales team.
- Coordinate needed resources (sales and service engineers, etc), ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Liaising with the global team and information exchange (i.g. CRM, sales volume, strategy, equipment fleet, visits reports etc.)
- Manage key account budgeting process in order to integrate customer’s and product lines’ policies
- Participate in surveys on key customers
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
