Key Account Manager, Алматы

Requirements:
 
  • University degree
  • 4-6 years’ experience on managerial positions in mining industry with one of major equipment manufacturer.
  • Experience as key account manager
  • Ability to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leading skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English languages
  • Skill in organization, time management, prioritization
  • Strong team player who can work across multiple functions and disciplines
  • Readiness for business trips in Kazakhstan and abroad (up to 50%)
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop trust relationships with key customers in order to provide high-quality service and production solutions
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Forecast respective business plans, sales volume, gross profit, sales
  • Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy of the products in collaboration with a management team and a global sales team.
  • Coordinate needed resources (sales and service engineers, etc), ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Liaising with the global team and information exchange (i.g. CRM, sales volume, strategy, equipment fleet, visits reports etc.)
  • Manage key account budgeting process in order to integrate customer’s and product lines’ policies
  • Participate in surveys on key customers
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
