Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Finance preferable
- 2+ years relevant experience in sales, key accounts, trade/customer marketing in FMCG or at Key Retailer
- Analytical skills, initiative, team player
- Sales and Customer Communications
- Expert user of MS Office
- English – Intermediate level
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Company’s Customer & Trade activations across channels including concept development, negotiation, execution and further analysis of effectiveness.
- Be part of Customer activation strategies development: concept & design, in-store execution, negotiation, production, delivery to ensure on-time launch
- Manage coolers stock: inventory check organization, order planning, detailed analysis of placement effectiveness, providing tools for DP managers to achieve corresponding KPIs
- Develop new POSM according to channel/customer needs in collaboration with Marketing
- Analyze promo effectiveness (quarterly promo evaluation) and prepare further recommendations for adjustment
- Conduct E-com activations: be an expert in e-com trends, Customers, providing best-in-class e-com execution
