Trade Marketing Specialist, Almaty

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Finance preferable
  • 2+ years relevant experience in sales, key accounts, trade/customer marketing in FMCG or at Key Retailer
  • Analytical skills, initiative, team player
  • Sales and Customer Communications
  • Expert user of MS Office
  • English – Intermediate level

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Company’s Customer & Trade activations across channels including concept development, negotiation, execution and further analysis of effectiveness.
  • Be part of Customer activation strategies development: concept & design, in-store execution, negotiation, production, delivery to ensure on-time launch
  • Manage coolers stock: inventory check organization, order planning, detailed analysis of placement effectiveness, providing tools for DP managers to achieve corresponding KPIs
  • Develop new POSM according to channel/customer needs in collaboration with Marketing
  • Analyze promo effectiveness (quarterly promo evaluation) and prepare further recommendations for adjustment
  • Conduct E-com activations: be an expert in e-com trends, Customers, providing best-in-class e-com execution
