Sales Analyst, Almaty

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields
  • > 3 years of work experience in a data-related position preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and trends
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Support the field sales team by analyzing data, providing insights, managing tools, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance overall performance and achieve sales targets
  • Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, generate reports and dashboards for the field sales team and management
  • Evaluate the performance of field sales representatives by analyzing key performance indicators (KPls) such as sales volume, market share, and distribution efficiency
  • Ensure that the Field Sales Team have the relevant sales enablement tools to achieve their targets
  • Work closely with the sales and demand planning teams to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, propose adjustments to the sales approach
  • Provide training and support to field sales representatives on data interpretation, reporting tools, and best practices.
