Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields
- > 3 years of work experience in a data-related position preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and trends
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English language
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Support the field sales team by analyzing data, providing insights, managing tools, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance overall performance and achieve sales targets
- Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, generate reports and dashboards for the field sales team and management
- Evaluate the performance of field sales representatives by analyzing key performance indicators (KPls) such as sales volume, market share, and distribution efficiency
- Ensure that the Field Sales Team have the relevant sales enablement tools to achieve their targets
- Work closely with the sales and demand planning teams to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, propose adjustments to the sales approach
- Provide training and support to field sales representatives on data interpretation, reporting tools, and best practices.
