Sales Manager – Surveying Equipment (total stations, GNSS), Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education in the field of geodesy and cartography or relevant fields
  • Experience in B2B technical sales (preferably in surveying, construction, or geodetic equipment)
  • Understanding of the operating principles of surveying equipment and GNSS technologies
  • Knowledge of the geodetic equipment market structure or similar markets, and its key players
  • Strong communicational skills, working English
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve targets and deliver results

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell surveying equipment to construction, mining, and engineering companies
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and client visits across Kyrgyzstan
  • Support existing clients and act as a technical advisor
  • Coordinate aftersales service with technical teams
  • Analyze the market and create reports on sales performance
