Requirements:
- Higher technical education in the field of geodesy and cartography or relevant fields
- Experience in B2B technical sales (preferably in surveying, construction, or geodetic equipment)
- Understanding of the operating principles of surveying equipment and GNSS technologies
- Knowledge of the geodetic equipment market structure or similar markets, and its key players
- Strong communicational skills, fluent Mongolian, working English
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve targets and deliver results
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell surveying equipment to construction, mining, and engineering companies
- Identify and build strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers
- Conduct presentations, demos, and client visits across Mongolia
- Support existing clients and act as a technical advisor
- Coordinate aftersales service with technical teams
- Analyze the market and create reports on sales performance
