Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in marketing/ management
- 5 years marketing experience preferably in events or culture marketing or in the field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of line management with expertise in hiring, training, administration and motivating teams
- Proven background in negotiation and management of budgets
- Excellent communication and networking skills, who can open doors and excite people for an idea
- Strong leadership, planning and project management skills
- Strong understanding of youth culture and culture in the region
- Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building the local face of the Brand in their field in the most relevant way and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities
- Infusing global and national priorities, strategies and the Company philosophy in the field, including universities and sales outlets near unis
- Building a top-notch network and sustainable relationships with local key influencers
- Defining and executing ideas and programs which build brand image and increase understanding of the product functionality, especially in universities.
- Creating and implement marketing initiatives within Student Marketing, Culture and Communications
- Creating new and innovative ideas that bring the brand to life, tapping into local networks and scenes
- Ensuring digital and social media sit at the heart of every field marketing activity
- Sourcing, hiring, training and managing a team of FMSs
- Setting regional objectives and clear goals to ensure accountability
- Delivering the annual approved business plan for the region
- Developing and managing the regional budget
- Coordination with agencies and specialized companies
