Medical Sales Manager (CACE countries cluster), Almaty

Requirements:

  • Higher Education degree, dental education will be an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the dental/ healthcare or FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of oral care products, dental and pharmacy markets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a regional team
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Readiness to international and domestic business trips (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia)

Responsibilities:

  • Building up and strengthening the leadership of the Company with dental professionals, and developing trusting, long term partnership with designated academic institutions, experts and KTLs, professional associations, relevant governmental institutions, and key customers in the professional channel (including pharmacy when appropriate) at national level.
  • Branding and positioning the Company’s products for the professional market to strengthen the product’s scientific image, gain endorsements and achieve oral care leadership
  • Representing the Company at local dental research and educational conferences congresses and conventions, dental exhibitions
  • Increasing knowledge, coordinating and conducting lectures and presentation on scientific topics to faculty, students, dental professionals and key trade customers when appropriate
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of oral care technology, products and scientific literature to link science and marketing and to effectively communicate as an expert-to-expert partner
  • Be proactive at learning about the focus and priorities of the dental practice to educate the professional on relevant products
  • Staying updated on local and worldwide changes in health systems, oral health trends and public health policies and applying them to defining business needs and objectives
  • Planning and executing the full digital strategy, plan and management for professional engagement and communication throughout the full funnel, as well as the Public Health strategic initiatives
  • Work with Global and Division and local Consumer marketing team on tools implement and implementation
  • Work with consumer marketing to translate scientific messages to key opinion leaders, practitioners, dental hygienists, pharmacists and consumers
  • Developing a comprehensive commercial plan that incorporates both the quality and quantity aspects of detailing in according with to local trade practices and regulations
  • Developing innovative marketing materials and educational activities to communicate features and benefits of the Company’s products
  • Taking actions to meet consumer / customer / profession needs and increase satisfaction, considering both internal and external stakeholder needs.
  • Balancing speed with quality in achieving goals
  • Demonstrating high energy in tackling challenging goals
